Usora Express LLC operates an SMS program for drivers, owner-operators, and freight brokers who work with us.

How you opt in. You may consent to receive text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our driver and owner-operator sign-up form at https://usoraexpress.com/drive-with-us, or by providing written consent on our driver application and carrier packet during onboarding. Consent is optional and is never a condition of employment, lease, or any purchase.

What we send. Messages relate to load offers and assignments, pickup and delivery locations and times, appointment changes, rate and weight details, and requests for paperwork such as bills of lading. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply. Usora Express does not charge for the messages themselves.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at ops@usoraexpress.com or 616-648-4779.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your data. Your mobile number and SMS consent are used solely to communicate with you about our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with any third party for marketing purposes.
