Driver has to be approved by our insurance (This would be the first step. Decent driving record is OK)

DRIVER:

Has to fill out all paperwork (Application, Handbook, etc.) and send it back to us before being
dispatched. Email is fine. TRUCK OWNER:
We need the Usora Express contract signed before dispatching.
We need bank account and routing numbers at least 5 days before the first settlement date for direct deposit.

Please keep in mind that, even though, we cover the costs for the postage, ELD devices, truck signs, drug tests, etc ($400) plus the new annual subscription for the ELDs ($480), we want to make sure that all of the steps above are followed correctly to avoid on losses or downtime on both sides.
